Hi guys,
My mother is going to visit us for the third time in this year, so I'm wondering whether that will cause a problem.
The first time she came, she stayed from 10th, Feb to 23rd, March.
The second time she came, she stayed from 28th, May to 10th, September.
She will come again on 26th, December.
She didn't stay up to 6 months every time, and she didn't come back to Canada right away when she's back to her country. But it still will be a third time when she enters the country in December.
Did anyone once have the similar situation?
Thanks!!

She might very well be questioned on why she is coming so often. So frequent visits may point she is trying to remain in Canada permanently.

Thank you Jalex23!
But it's not like she came back right after she's back to the hometown. It's been a 2-3 months every time when she came to Canada again.

And she never stayed for more than 4 months straight, unlike many situation said online that they stayed for half a year and just went to USA and came right back.

But its the multiple entries into Canada that would be a problem. So the CSBA officers would question why she's visiting Canada too many times in a year.

Thanks Wonderland!
The reason is that my daughter is so young(8 months now), so we need someone to take care of her since my husband and I are both working......

Will that be a legitimate reason?
Thanks Wonderland!

Do not mention that she's coming to babysit because that would classify in CBSA officers eyes as illegal working and some people has been refused entry by this reason

Oh Thx for the heads up! So even though to taker care of her own grandchild,it’s still being considered as illegal working?

Yes it is because people do get paid baby sitting or even using daycare services.

Yes, it doesn't matter, too many visits in one year. That is not the behaviour of a visitor. So many visits imply she doens't have strong ties to her homecountry, which is a red flag for illegal immigration.
I agree with
Wonderland, babysitting is considered illegal work.
Apply for a supervisa, in this way, constant and long visits will be expected and not questioned.
