If applicant has bank statement of his own, means his father transferred the money to his son account for educational purposes. And applicant has paid first semester fees. Applicant also has property registered on his name, still does he need to show his father's salary slips etc? If he shows his father's valid work visa of Uae and his employement letter which states his position in the company is this enough for him?

It is better to show more. If the degree is longer than 1 yr, it will be important to talk about the provisions of further finance. That way father's pay slips, income tax return, employment letter will be better supports. But not mandatory though.
