Important query - How to get Job and increase Score Please HELP!!!!!

Hi All,

Iam a principal applicant and registered in Profile and Job Bank also.No jobs till now.

* IELTS Score - Band 7
* 14 years IT software experience. NOC code of IT manager to be applied
* BE in computer science engineering
*applied for Transcripts and WES profile created
*I created my profile in EE CIC website and it gave me a score of 343

1) I tried including my spouse who is in IT software ( project management ) , 16 years experience in total and score went down to 330.

I entered as not done for WES asssessment and IELTS score not done.
Questions
=============
1) how can I improve my score?
2) How can i include my husband without IELTS and WES assessment

We are a family of 4 looking forward eagerly to immigrate to canada before September 2016

PLease guide me on next steps and How to get a Job so that I can improve my score ?

Take IELTS and increase your score. Have your spouse complete the IELTS exam for additional points.

It's extremely difficult to obtain a job offer in Canada. So while you can certainly look for a job in Canada - you most likely won't find one and need to increase your score in other ways.
