These are the dates that the application forms should have. Could someone also confirm the same pls
Fee payment form 03-2013
Economic classes form 05-2013
Background declaration 12-2012
Generic application 04-2013
Document checklist 05-2013
Supplementary travels form 05-2004
Additional family information 04-2008
Its fine
Start filling the forms and complete the application
When you are ready to send your application it is always worth one last quick check of the dates of the forms, since these can be updated at any time without notice.
I believe CIC are reasonably tolerant if a form is one or two weeks out of date, to allow for postage times, but with such low caps the chances for some NOCs to get a 2nd application in if the first is refused for out of date forms is very low. So why risk it?
Therefore I'd strongly advise double-checking on the day you're about to send the application that the forms are the very latest.
Wayne.
