Import Vehicle Duty-Free after Obtaining PR?

I'm currently on a work permit and am applying for PR. I have a car that I brought from the U.S. when I entered Canada.

My question is when I get my PR and import the car, do I have to pay duty for it? I understand that the import would be duty-free if I initially landed as a settler, but I'm not sure about my situation since I initially entered Canada as a temporary worker.

You haven't "landed" as a settler yet. That will happen when you landed as a PR (after your application is fully processed and approved).
