Please i would like to know can i apply for inland spousal sponsorship+OWP while on implied status? i've applied for extension of my visitor visa on September 2020 but no news since then, wanted to know should i wait to receive their confirmation?

Hi. Im confused. Some say under implied status you can only apply pr but not owp. We have to wait our visitor record then apply owp. So which is which? Im happy to read this that under implied statis you can apply both pr+owp. Thanks in advance

You could send both. I understand the owp is what gives you implies status however, you won’t get your owp until after AIP and that can take a long while or not. There is nothing to loose by sending them both
