My PGWP that expires on Jan 2021, My PR application is been process and I am about to submit my BWOP, but thinking of traveling out of the country for December.
1. Can you anyone tell when does the implied status comes into effect after I submit the BWOP or when the PGWP expires
2. Do you think I would be allowed to re-enter the country with days left on my PGWP permit (Leave Dec 2020 comes back Jan 2021 )
I am in a difficult situation ... Applied for inland sponsorship for my US citizen husband with an OWP on November 1st 2020. I think I have made at least one mistake in the sponsorship application ( not writing his parents name in their original language for his parents in the family information form) and I think My application will be retuned because of this mistake. In the mean time my husband's visitor visa has expired as off last week . My question :: are they gonna send back both apps OWP and spousal sponsorship If I have made a mistake in sponsorship app?( so his implied status would be endanger that way) And should I wait for the application to be returned to me before I apply for restoring his visitor visa status ? what if they send the app back to us after the 90 day period and I cant even restore his visitor status? I got the biometric fee reminder with a number starting with FXXXXXX but I hear that's not an AOR and just a temporary number !

If the spousal sponsorship application is returned then the OWP is returned too and both have to be resubmitted. If that happens, then your husband will fall out of status. If he falls out of status, then you would apply to restore his status. There is a special policy currently in place due to COVID-19 that allows restoration beyond the 90 days.
In my opinion your application will not be returned for the reason you have listed. But I don't know that for sure.
