Thank you for your reply @jes_ON , I have asked my question in the forum you mentioned, but got no replies.
Update on my story: I got approved for my nominee program last Friday and received the documents yesterday. I had to take my take all my documents to the border for flagpoling and received a new work permit for another full year. I'm waiting for a few documents from my home country and then I'm ready to apply for my PR.
