After applying for citizenship application while on a vacation in UAE I got a police warning for kissing in public. It maybe equivalent to Indecent Act in Canada. It was only a warning, no fine, no arrest and no conviction. But he did take my id and entered in the computer and said don't do it again. Now my question is does this impact my citizenship application?

You were not charged or convicted of an indictable offence, nor were you an inmate of a jail, so you can answer "no" to all of those questions on the citizenship application. This warning for something that would not even be a crime in Canada will have no impact on your application.

Thats correct alphazip, sycoon if you were finger printed then that would be a different story, persons who commits crime are bring finger printed which becomes a crime and in their system.
Wow that's an crime/offense in UAE? Was it because who/what/how you were kissing?
