Hi,

This is to highlight and get to everyone's attention that please read all the communication properly which is sent by CHC. If they state a time frame and ask you to contact them within that time frame, then you have all the rights to contact them and I would strongly suggest you do. Sometimes CHC sends communication by post which is lost in transit and consequences may be bad if that communication is misplaced. So it is best to follow up with CHC if there is a delay in the your case and for pattern & time lines, this forum is sufficient along with trackit.com
