Good day,

My mum checked her eligibility for express entry on IRCC but it says she is not eligible.She was advised to go through PNP. However, some pnp's require her to have an express entry account and some even require employment. She has an IELTS score of 6.5. Please what step should she take?

If she is fundamentally ineligible for Express Entry, rather than just a low CRS score, she is also probably ineligible for EE based PNP programs.
There are a few non-EE Provincial streams but she will need to research them.

She was able to find some provinces like Manitoba and Saskatchewan and she has submitted her Expression of Interest. If this provinces eventually nominate her would she be able to move to express entry?

nomination does not supersedes basic requirement of EE... EE is base requirement...

When I checked other provinces, most of them require job offer or job experience in canada. Have you applied to a pnp before?

So there are diff streams..one is noi and other is u apply... apply is only done if ur working in any firm
