Immigration under NOC 4163

Hello Everyone,

I am planning to apply in the Express Entry program under the NOC 4163. I am currently working as 'Sr. Research Associate' in a U.S. based research firm whose Asian operation centre is in India. I have completed one year in the company. Also i did the eligibility test for the scope of permanent residency and it shows me that i should go for 'Arranged Employment'. What are my chances under the 'Express Entry' program?

Also, i wanted to know that what added advantage will i have if i am having an SAS Advanced Certificate?
