Dear all.

Could you please answer just a quick question. When you received your prepaid Xpress envelope back, was the address you provided written by you( I mean pen ink) or immigration services printed their own labels and attached it?

I included my prepaid envelope, I wrote my address in ink. Unfortunately, passport delivered to some random place in Toronto while I am in Winnipeg. That's why I am asking
 
The only thing that I am interested is who did the mistake: if ircc attached label over my handwriting, they could have attached the wrong address,

If it remains my handwriting, then it's Canada Post fail.

Anyone, please?
