Immigration Services FRAUD/SCAM

I am a victim of fraud from an Immigration Services Agency that is based in Canada. I live in the Philippines, I need help to get my money back from them. I do not know how and who can help me on this?

As you are not in Canada so cannot use the toll free number seems possible only option is to follow instructions here. The possibility of getting any money back would think is unlikely though.
