You already asked the question with your intended NOCs. Told you the provinces to research too. You need to research if your NOC is licensed as i believe it is.

Difficult. You need an employer who has a LMIA (paid $1k) and proven no Canadian could be hired, only yo to do the job. Then with LMIA, you apply for closed work permit. Process is long. Also please don’t hijack someone else’s thread which has nothing to do with you NOC.
