i have done my CA from Pakistan , want to persue CPA Canada but for that you need to be in Canada to get CPA Certification. on basis of CA Certification Canadian Government dont issue Study permit for CPA Canada. what other pathway i have to immigrate to Canada and start my CPA journey.

my question is being Professional how would i get in Canada to start my CPA Canada certification.
another point is they provide Study Permit to those who has degree's but in my situation i dont have any sort of degree i have only professional qualification certificate recognized globally , am i able to get study Permit on Certificate ?

You mentioned pathways to immigrate to Canada in your original post. I understood that's what you were looking for. The link I provided is relevant if you want to immigrate to Canada and become a PR.
If you don't have a degree, then your chances of being able to immigrate will be extremely low. My recommendation is that you either complete a degree in you home country or alternatively come to Canada on a study permit to complete a degree here.
No - you cannot get a study permit to complete the CPA certification in Canada. To get a study permit, you must be enrolled in a full time university or college program that's at least 8 months in length. I would very strongly recommend that you opt for a bachelor degree if your aim is to get PR in Canada.
