Hi, My concern is that I am undergoing a child custody court case and my toddler is just 2 years old. I have scored a well to sign up for express entry, but my consultant made me worry that I could not avail express entry or even Study visa due to my son's pending child custody case. Can anyone share their insights with me on how my situation can work out well for me and my son? I just don't want to be away from my son. Thanks guys.
