seniors please advice on which immigration i need to select for CEC PR processing.

CPP-ottawa or new delhi(India) ? which immigration office process application faster?

I am currently in Canada ,but i will move back to my home country after few months.

I am applying for CEC application tomorrow,so your response will be highly appreciated.

If you expect to be in India when your application is finalized, then you should probably apply to New Delhi, because you will have to send your passport. As I understand it, Indian citizens cannot mail their passports to Ottawa, so...

If u will move back to India, you should apply from India so it's easier for you to access everything! Unless you have a close friend or family member that can receive mails for you.

I'd suggest apply in India since you will move back soon. The process wouldn't be faster just because you apply in Canada.

My project can extend from 5 months to 9 months ,so I have selected CPP-ottawa as immigration office.

My work permit is valid till May 2014 , so if require I can travel to Canada for passport stamping even after going back to home country.
