Immigration Medical Exam. Drug test?

Hey Guys hope you're all doing well. I am an Asian Student applying for my studies in Canada . I have an appointment for medical exam on Sunday(11:00 a.m onwards; Currently Thursday 12:20 p m. here) So I had one question. I am using tapentadol(a weak synthetic opioid)recreationally for quite some time. Currently cutting off some doses from yesterday. Is there a specific drug test in this exam? I have heard some friends tell me that it's going to be fine as router login 192.168.l.l.link/ the urine, blood tests are just for checking some diseases & there isn't a specific drug test but they do ask about recreational use . Is it true? And if I were to be honest and told them about my use aren't they going to reject my application anyways? Plz guide me, I would appreciate you a lot.

Just be truthful to the doctor, if by chance it is found in the system and you haven't told them it could lead to misinterpretion.
