Immigration Factors

I know that there are six certain factors which will decide if i am acceptable to apply for an immigration to Canada.
Is there any other factors except the six factors which all of us know about ?
How can i get more points if i am still can't get the required score in IELTS ?

Besides having enough points and having at least one year skilled work experience, you also need to fit one category. You can see the categories here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp
