EE is easy enough to apply to on your own. After all, that's how it was set up. Many people on this forum applied on their own and have PR in hand. I debated hiring an immigration lawyer too because I had a lot of doubts and confusion about how to go about "proving" the points I'm claiming, but then, I found this forum, and literally every single one of my questions was answered by the kind people here. I currently have an ITA and am confident about the documents I'm collecting.
Do you have specific questions that you need help with? Is that why you want to hire a consultant?
thanks a lot for prompt reply sphng,
Actually my wife is primary applicant and she is receiving salary as cash, so i am worried about that process of proving work exp.
Although she has all other document like appointment letter, salary slips roles & responsibilities letter etc.
