I,ve Been searching a lot on the internet. But if i'm charged with an offence in my country and the offences is not something punishable for Maximum of 10 years in Canada. And do i need to get a New ETA?. Because i Applied last year and answered No to the question about charges

I have No criminal record and No convictions.

Will this create problems at the border

What is the offence you have been charged with?
An ETA is valid for 5 years. So you don't need to get a new one

Have the charges taken place since the issue of your ETA last year?
