Thanks for your reply.
2010 I traveled abroad from my Country because i had a problem with my husband.
2013 I got married to another man and we apply for my residence permit but denial because my ex husband sent me a divorce to my sister and she sent it to me but the immigration in the country i lived said the divorce was not successfuland not acceptable.
2015 I decided to moved back to my country because of my kids and everyday problem with my new husband.
2017 my kids, friends and families decided I should settle my marital issue with the father of my kids and we can continue our live together.
After several talk between both his family and mine we settled and since then we are back together living happily.
Now we all wish to migrate to Canada for a New life so pls what should I do for the process.
This is a public forum where people respond for free. You may need to wait hours or even days for someone to get back to you. If this isn't fast enough - then hiring an immigration lawyer is your best option.
So you do not have PR or Canadian Citizenship and neither does your husband correct? Then seems like one of the only options would be for you to qualify through the economic streams like Express Entry.
Here is a link I found on this forum. You will likely need high English language test scores as well as high education as competition is tough right now.
