Try to increase your score through learning French, securing an LMIA supported job offer in Canada, etc.

Your score is too low to be selected through Express Entry directly. Research the PNP programs.

Hard to comment further based on the limited info you've provided about your profile.

Thanks for the response. LMIA is catch 22 situation , applying for Canadian openings needs a work history here and because I dont have that the offer portion becomes a deadlock even if someone decides to call me. Been going around in this circle for a while so thought would ask around

You don't actually need work history in Canada to secure a job offer + approved LMIA. People are able to do this without having Canadian work experience. Having said that, it generally is difficult to find an employer willing to go through the LMIA process.

I'm not sure what else to recommend, apart from dedicating time to researching the PNP programs to see if any of these programs may work for you based on your occupation.

Use PNP or Enter into a college in PEI,NB,NS,SASK or MTB.

Given the information you have shared

1. LMIA based Work permit - to PR
2. Study Permit to PR - Preferably Provincial Nomination

I can only think of these 2 options to accelerate your PR
