Most likely no - but you haven't provided enough information for us to help you.

There is a small chance he can sponsor you for PR if he meets ALL of the below requirements:
- is not married / has no common law partner
- has no children
- both of your parents are deceased
- there are no other family members living in Canada (e.g. aunt, uncle)

Also, if you are under 22 years old - then he may be able to qualify to sponsor your parents and include you in the application as a dependent.

Otherwise you will need to qualify and apply on your own through an economic immigration stream like express entry.

My brother is married he has been in canada for 8 years and he doesnt have kids, im 33 years old I have 2 diplomas, plumber and wilder my english level is low but I speak frensh. I tried express entry but unfortunately im not qualified as I dont have high marks. My brother tried to find me a work permit or a wrok contract but he said its very hard to find one...I hope anyone that has some tips on how to immigrate tocanada will help me out. Thanks again

Your brother cannot sponsor you. You need to qualify on your own.

Since you've looked at your CRS scores and say you don't qualify, you'd be paying an immigration consultant to do the same thing. You can try to take classes or improve your English to increase your scores and make you eligible for express entry.

Beware of any immigration consultant who says they can get you a job offer for money, or who will fake documents for you. Those are good ways to get banned from Canada for fraud.

Consultant can't help you qualify. You need to qualify based on your own based on your level of education, work experience, age, funds to establish yourself in Canada, etc.
