Hello All,

I am trying to move to Canada and would appreciate your input on doing so. I completed my Masters in USA and unfortunately my work visa is getting rejected every time I applied. I am getting short of my period of stay in US. I am looking for an advise if it wise of me to move to Canada.
I am planning the following ways to move to Canada
1. Study--- How can I get a study permit and which province to choose from? I am so confused. I have an unexpired GRE and willing to take IELTS. Are there any schools that offer programs with scholarships. Any input would be appreciated.
2. Work---I have a decent working experience. If I consider to move to Canada on work basis. How can I do so? None of the employers I approached were not able to sponsor for my work permit. How can I apply for a work permit without any Job Offer on hand?

I hope you guys can help me with my queries. TIA

Use your experience and education and apply for PR under express entry.

Hi, see above.

Thank you Guys. but don't I need a valid offer letter if I am trying to apply for a PR using Express Entry?
Also, do you mind letting me know which province would be nice to move to?

You dont need a valid job offer to apply for PR.
