My family's Immigrant Visa IM-1 expired as they could not travel due to COVID-19. We contacted CIC via web form and provided following documents:
1. Travel Plan
2. Quarantine Plan
It has been over three months and we have not heard back.
I wonder if any one is in the same boat like us? Any news/updates about time period for visa renewal?
