Good day everyone!
I and my husband who is currently in Alberta, Canada is no longer in good terms. He already have his own life there with a canadian partner and a son. He applied for PR to include me and our adopted daugther and it is already approved, issued to us and going to expires soon.
My husband recently told me that we cannot go there because he is facing a case of fraud and he is having a problem with his Permannt Residency. I wanted to go Canada to work and for us that's the least he can provide to me and our adopted daugher. Everything is clear to me and I don't have anything against him anymore. But lately, I have this strange feeling that he don't want us to come to Canada and help us. Our Visa will be expiring on May 6,2016 and I am planning to take a flight and take chances and just let my husband know about it once we have landed Alberta.
Is there any possibility of us getting deported or hold in the immigration as I'm afraid we cannot go in as my husband told me, eventhIs there any possibility of us getting deported or hold eventough my niece called immigration and says there's no problem for us.
I need an advice on this so I hope anyone could help us.
If he has a partner and son in Canada (and is no longer in a relationship with you) then she should not have included you on his PR application. Doing so was immigration fraud. And you taking advantage of this visa is immigration fraud as well.
Not sure what to suggest if he did in fact include you in his application fraudulently. If you decide to use the visa, you could very well have your PR status revoked and be removed from Canada.
Well, you'd be obtaining your PR via misrepresentation/fraud. So if they ever found out you could lose your PR. It sounds like your husband is already being investigated for something, so they might look closely into your situation as well. There's no way to know what would happen though.
Is he sponsoring you, or were you included in his PR application?
Thank you for the answers. @aquakitty..We were included in his PR application.
@Scylla, initially my husband told me that he will leave his other woman when we get there. I've been with a lot of pain already. For now I don't want to think a lot of things, I'll just cross the bridge when I get there. Hopefully when we join him he change his mind for us.
Dies it mean, there's a posibility that we get hold by the immigration? What about our visa? I'll just let it expires?
Thanks!!

Immigration will not hold you , his fraud case will not affect your PR , do you have a CoPR document as well along with your Visa ? If so go ahead and don't worry , since you are still married to him you should not worry about Immigration at the port of entry .
