I am applying for a visitor visa for my Minor Son. I filled in application on his behalf, and uploaded form 5476 which is to appoint a representative. I nominated myself as representative for my minor son. Now there is another form which is optional but says "Consent personal information" which is form IMM5744. Do i also need to fill this form? If yes, it has 3 sections
1) Designated Representative information - I belive this would be me
2) Applicants information - This would be my son
In this case both parents need to sign on Applications Information section, even though info is for Applicant there?
