Hi everyone,

I'm currently applying for a work permit to extend my stay in Canada. I have been here for over a year on IEC working holiday permits.Waiting for my LMO at the moment my employer applied for it some weeks ago. My questions regarding the document are:

1. What type of work permit am I applying for? If I have an LMO is it still an "open" work permit or do I pick "other" and state that I only wish to work for that employer?

2. What supporting documents do I need with this form I can't find a checklist for this one online...? All I know is I need to include the LMO with the application.
