IMM5708 Help Needed

Is anyone having issues opening IMM5708 to extend a visitor visa? I need to apply but cannot open the PDF. I am getting an error stating I need to update my adobe. I have updated Adobe on 3 computers now and still get the same error on all. My current visitor status expires on Oct 11 and need to get the new app in so I can stay while my PR app is being processed.

I'm using IE11 with Adobe DC
