Hi,

I have filled in IMM5707E.PDF for myself, who is the main applicant for a temporary work permission, and now I don't know exactly how to fill in this form for my wife and two children.

For my wife: in the field Applicant, should I write her name or mine?

Same question for my son and daughter: am I the applicant or them?

Each person needs his/her own IMM5707E.PDF, so it is a bit confusing.
