Currently I'm using the old package since I had already filled up everything before the arrival of the new package.

However, on application IMM5669E, my husband mistakenly sign the solemny declaration section, where it says 'Do no complete this following section now...'

Since it is only 1 page (the signature page) that he might have to send me again, is there any other way to fix this error? for example, if I just use whiteout pen / eraser to cover that area or just use the new application? since they can sign on that application by using the signature panel on the pdf? or can he sign on that page and scan it and email me that page...

help me please I'm really stuck now, it cost a lot but more than that it will take time to get here. Please help me and tell me what can I do????? Really stressed out right now :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

can somebody reply me... i'm really blank at this point :'(

You can probably just send it in as it is. A missing signature on a form means CIC will send everything back, but this is just something he was not supposed to sign yet. Probably it will be OK. If they later want him to sign it, he can resign in front of the official.
