IMM5669E - Schedule A / Background Declaration - Q11

I am sponsoring my wife to come to Canada. She is currently in India. In the form IMM5669E - Schedule A / Background Declaration - Q11 asks

11. Military and/or paramilitary service

None of this applies to me so I wrote INDIA for the name of the country and NONE throughout all the boxes. Please see the attached image. Did I do it correctly? Or should I have written NONE for everything including the name of the country?

I didn't take any chances either, I filled EVERY box in too. I was not leaving it for them to assume the form was not properly filled, or that I forgot something. ;D

If its None, you didn't do it anywhere - if it was YES then the country comes in play ;D

So I take it that I did it incorrectly and all boxes should be NONE

If you put N/A or NONE, that will suffice OR just leave it the way it is. It's fine either ways, CIC is more concerned about info that is put in instead of NONE's

Spoke to CIC, they suggest N/A for the Name of Country and NONE throughout.
