IMM5669 Status: Student, Activity: Employment

This is regarding IMM5669 personal history.
My wife went as an intern to Belgium in a student exchange program through a student body organization called IASTE. She was issued a student visa and worked as an intern in a company for six months and was paid for that period. So my question is under personal history, should she enter activity as employment or education? I'm thinking since it's a paid internship it's a job, but the visa was issued for the educational activity. So if I enter activity as employment and status as Student, will that be a problem?

If it was employment, employment. Don't know where you have to enter 'status' but if in doubt you can always just include a short letter of explanation.
