IMM 5669 Q12 ask for all the addresses you have lived since your 18th birthday.
During my study I lived through the week in the city and in the weekends at my parents house, do I write that down?
When I came first to Canada I was living for a few months here, then a month there etc. Do I fill in every place where I have lived, even it was only a few weeks? And if I went on a visit for a couple weeks to my parents, do I you need to put that on the paper?
The guide says to write down the postal codes as well, however the form doesn't ask for it (only street and number). What did you do?
Write an explanation of your living arrangements as a student and attach it to the form. Write every address, even if it was for only a month or so.
However, you do not have to write addresses for times when you were just visiting someone. For example, if you had an apartment from June 1 to August 31, but during that time went for a two-week vacation to your parents' house, you would just list the apartment address as your permanent address during that time.
Where you were staying for a week during vacation does not have to be mentioned. Keep in mind that during vacations you would usually still have a permanent home somewhere, and that is the address they want.
I included postal codes if I knew them. If there is space on the form for them, include them. If there is no room, I don't think you need to add the info on a separate sheet of paper.

yes you need to mention all the address where you have stayed permanently for that period. Include hostel address as well. As you are currently residing at different place mention that along with time period.
