Hello all,

Just a quick question regarding question 6 on the IMM 5669 form.

"Have you, or, if you are the principal applicant, any of your family members listed in your application for permanent resident in Canada, ever:

e) been refused admission to, or ordered to leave, Canada or any other country?"

My brother was rejected a visitor visa 12 years ago, a few years later, he applied again and he got his visitor visa.

Please note, my brother doesn't live in Canada neither he is applying to PR. I am the only applicant and I live in Canada. However, the statement "any of your family member LISTED in your PR" makes it confusing, because I do mention he is my brother in my PR package.

Would I have to answer YES or NO to the question?

Thank you and much appreciated!
