IMM5669 - difficulty in filling "Personal History"

I have work experience in different companies in the recent 10 years. In the "Personal History" section, should I make an entry for all the companies... In that case do I need to attach a separate sheet, bcoz there is shortage of space.. Please suggest...

Yes, you can add a separate sheet of paper first row:

Last name, First name DOB DD/MM/YYYY

second row
additional info IMM5669 question XX

and continue with the info you need to add

in the last row of the IMM5669 question you need to continue, you can put a note about the extra sheet of paper
