Hey everyone - my husband and I are on Question 9 (Membership and Association with Organizations) and are not sure whether to include organizations that he has supported financially (donations) without being a formal member. Based on how its written on the form, "What organizations have you supported, been a member of or been associated with?" I would say yes. But the online guide only mentions memberships, which makes me think no.

Is anyone able to clarify this?
