IMM5662 - When having Multiple country of residences in the past

The form IMM5662 asks us to list down all trips you have taken from your country of origin or residence.
My situation is following :
1.My country of Origin is India.
2. My current residence is Canada.
3. My previous residence was US i.e. as a student.
4. I also was a resident of Saudi Arabia in the past.
My Question : Should the country of residence be interpreted as "all including current one" or "current one only". Which countries must be ommitted in my case while referring to above.
