I'm a Canadian living in the US, sponsoring my husband and intend to move back to Canada when approved. We've been married 5 years.
On Question 7 (Proof of Relationship to Sponsor) of IMM5589e, I'm trying to verify section a) is entirely just for common law only and does not apply to people already married, so I can just skip that part? We don't have kids so as far as I can tell it's just going to be section c) there?
