I'm sponsoring my common law partner, we are both living in Canada, and would like to apply outland (also because outland processing should be faster).
Do we choose - "I am currently living in Canada, and I am applying under the Family Class (not under the Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class). I understand that I may be convoked to attend an interview at a visa office outside Canada". (Checkbox number 3), right?
Also, biometrics and medicals are ok to give in Canada in this case(like no need to travel to home country)?
