IMM5562E - supp travel information

Hi,
This form IMM562E is related to travel information.
My wife didn't travelled to any country before this and she came in May 2013 to Canada & still staying here (never travelled out of Canada since then).
Do I need to mention this travel information as she travelled from her country of origin or should I say didn't travelled?
if yes, what enter in From and To as well as length of stay as she is still staying in Canada.

Also, in my case I came in 2013 to Canada and never travelled out of Canada.
Should, I mention this travel information for myself also?
