IMM5562- Travel information

Hello Gurus,

I am filling my PR application under CEC. I am currently working in Canada. Prior to coming to Canada, I worked in USA (H1B).

I am listing all the travels (form IMM5562) I have made outside my Country of Origin (India) and Country of residence (Canada since I am working here). Let's say I have traveled to USA from India from Aug 2011 to March 2012 on H1B and my destination city was Chicago when I arrived in the USA in Aug 2011. But I have lived in 5 other cities within USA because of work (I was a consultant) without exiting the country (between Aug 2011 and March 2012). In this case, should I list only one travel entry with from and to dates as Aug 2011 and March 2012 and destination city as Chicago or should I list 6 travel entries to include the other 5 cities that I have worked in in addition to Chicago?

I was in a similar situation like you, I had mentioned the City names as well. So I had to attach a separate sheet as the space is not enough.
Safer to put all the city names, always better to give them detailed info rather them asking us Good Luck!

The document ask's for both city & country information. So its better you include entries for each city you stayed in.
