IMM5533 - Information about Previous Examination

When i had applied for my PR via Express Entry, I had listed my spouse as a Non Accompanying Dependent. My spouse is currently in Canada on a Temporary Resident Visa and I am Sponsoring my Spouse under the "Spouse or Common-in-Law Partner in Canada class. Under IMM5533, what should be my response to the question "Information about Previous Examination" ?
