I have a question about question 3 on the IMM5481 form.
I am self-employed (as i stated in question 2. c).
Because i am self-employed and do not pay myself a wage or salary I was advised to enter my company's revenue. My company's fiscal year end is March 31, so as of right now my accountant has provided me with my company's revenue for 3 quarters of 2012 (the third quarter will not be able to be complete until March 31)
Anyway... i want to explain this situation on an additional page, which brings me to my question......
For Question 3, in the space where you are supposed to enter a $ amount, can i just write "See additional page"? And then attach a letter explaining the situation in more detail.
Will that be acceptable?
