IMM5481 - Not in the Checklist. Should I include it in the package?

I am Canadian and currently living in Korea with my Korean wife and 22m old daughter (Canadian).
Early next year, we will go back to Canada.
I am about to submit the files to sponsor my Korean wife for her PR status.
I filled all the forms according to the document checklist (IMM5533E).
Then, I realized that IMM5481 (sponsorship evaluation) is not in the document checklist.
Does it mean that I don't need to include IMM5481 in my package?

It's vital that you follow the guide and forms that are currently listed on the CIC website. They have made lots of changes to the package over the past year. The form you're mentioning is not even in use anymore. Visit this link and answer the drop-downs according to your situation. Submit everything that is listed there. Do not submit anything that isn't listed. And make sure you are using the checklist downloaded directly from this link. make sure you have the most up to date version of the checklist and all forms

i included mine, i did not want to take any chances of the app being return. it is only 2 pages, ircc can throw the form away if they do not want.
