Hi,
I am applying under spousal sponsorship outland application for my wife. We are using an immigration consultant as authorized representative. So, we need to sign IMM5476. We have one form for me and one for my spouse. Now the question is, do we need to sign in each others forms in page 3. It says signature of spouse or common law partner for sponsorship application. My immigration consultant says not required but I am not convinced. Need help from anyone who has submitted this form and if they signed in each others forms.

We submitted the application with representative and principal applicant’s signs only as he is the principal applicant. He said I don’t need to sign it as it’s his application
