We are applying outland, and applying under the common-law track. We had a request for biometrics and a notorised IMM5409 form, which we have signed, notorised and sent to the email address as suggested on the request letter: IRCC.CNMissRequestedDocs-DocsDemandesMissRC.IRCC@cic.gc.ca

The profile still states: "We need additional documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details" despite having sent it on December 20th. I am giving my biometrics tomorrow, but the biometrics request line is separate, and there's no acknowledgement of the email (which they do warn you about). The cutoff date is approaching, and I am concerned that our form hasn't been picked up/processed.

Should I be worried?

Many thanks.
