Hi I'm trying to fill out an IMM5409 but at the bottom of the form it requires a signature of a Notary or a commissioner of oaths. Me and my partner are based in China and notaries here do not accept forms that are not in Chinese.

I called the Canadian Consulate and they said they cannot notarize forms for non Canadians.

What's the best course of action at this point?
